Merchant agreement

Here is the legal document that merchants agree to, when they sign up for a merchant account with Fyndiq. We recommend that anyone developing an integration with the Fyndiq API get familiar with these terms and conditions.

You, the owner of a platform that integrates with the Fyndiq API, are responsible for providing the necessary functionality to your users, to allow them to fulfill their requirements that they have agreed to in the contract.
